छत्तीसगढ़ जुझारू आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता सहायिका कल्याण संघ द्वारा अपनी विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री और महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। ज्ञापन में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और सहायिकाओं ने मानदेय वृद्धि, शासकीय कर्मचारी का दर्जा तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुविधाएं देने की मांग की है।
संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में कार्य करते हुए 50 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के बाद भी कार्यकर्ताओं को मात्र ₹4500 और सहायिकाओं को ₹2250 प्रतिमाह मानदेय दिया जा रहा है, जो वर्तमान महंगाई के दौर में जीवन-यापन के लिए अपर्याप्त है। वर्ष 2018 के बाद से मानदेय में कोई ठोस वृद्धि नहीं होने का भी उल्लेख किया गया है।
ज्ञापन में मुख्य रूप से निम्न मांगें रखी गई हैं—
आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता एवं सहायिकाओं को शासकीय कर्मचारी घोषित किया जाए।
शासकीयकरण होने तक कार्यकर्ताओं को ₹26,000 तथा सहायिकाओं को ₹22,100 प्रतिमाह वेतन दिया जाए तथा प्रतिवर्ष वृद्धि सुनिश्चित की जाए।
सेवानिवृत्ति, आकस्मिक मृत्यु, पेंशन, ग्रेच्युटी एवं समूह बीमा जैसी सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुविधाएं लागू की जाएं।
संघ ने बताया कि संयुक्त मंच के आह्वान पर 26 एवं 27 फरवरी 2026 को दो दिवसीय कार्य बहिष्कार एवं धरना-प्रदर्शन कर सरकार का ध्यान आकर्षित किया गया। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि मांगें पूरी नहीं होने पर आगे भी आंदोलन तेज किया जाएगा।
संघ पदाधिकारियों ने सरकार से मांगों पर शीघ्र सकारात्मक निर्णय लेने की अपील की है।
